In this video we will learn Emotional freedom technique (EFT). This technique is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. (12 minutes)

In this contemplation we will center ourselves and bring in a sense of appreciation for all that we have in our lives.
