Gill is a Yoga Teacher based in Thailand where she teaches pranayama, breathwork, meditation, dynamic core vinyasa and restorative yoga. She works at Samahita, a retreat center, which offers yoga training and retreats for the larger international community. She is immensely grateful for this wonderful, diverse community and for her teachers who guide her. She loves sound and music, feels a real connection to the vibration around us and deep within our beings. In her classes she seeks to give others the space to connect to their own inner vibration, to find a greater sense of connection both to themselves and the world around them. She trusts that through these practices, by looking in and centering ourselves in practice, we can find joy, peace, clarity and grace as we move through this life.

As a conflict transformation practitioner, Isla deeply believes that the daily practice of doing our own inner work, and transforming our inner conflicts, leads to positive outer action in the world. The ancient teachings of yoga from India and Vipassana meditation from Myanmar have been an integral part of Isla’s journey throughout her work. Trained in trauma-informed and inclusive yoga, Isla specialises in mindful slow flow classes to reconnect and re-centre. People from Myanmar have been some of the greatest teachers in her life.

Nat is a yoga teacher based in Ethiopia where she teaches vinyasa, yin and pre-natal yoga. Breath and movement are channels to feel present, grounded, centred and ultimately happy and free; and this is what Nat strives to share with others. For her, the most enriching aspect of yoga is the intimate connection with our body; and the opportunity to tend to its needs with self-compassion. Nat began teaching whilst living in Myanmar, she has been inspired by its people, place and culture ever since.
